We tend to celebrate the summer solstice as a moment of renewal and rebirth. In general, we feel more optimistic and driven to reach goals after the summer solstice, when the days are longer and brighter than they were in winter.
But, how do we think about the summer solstice psychologically? Do we actually feel more hopeful and optimistic after the summer solstice, or is it all in our heads?
We are far from the days of being connected to lands where our livelihood manifested through harvests and other necessary outdoor activities geared towards survival and fulfilment. We now need to use our spiritual tools to reconnect us to the earth so we can create newness and abundance in it.
Let's take a moment to reflect on how, why, and where we manifest in our lives to make the best of the gifts that this light of the season bestows upon us. Answer these reflection questions to focus in on what you most deeply want to manifest. Any investments you make during the solstice will be met with energy, positivity, and support.
1. Do I really want this, in my heart of hearts? 2. How will I benefit from having this? 3. When I think about having this, does it feel right? 4. How will it be good for me and for others? 5. Where in my life will I find this manifestation? 6.How will this manifestation appear?
